As a People Lead (m/w/d) you are responsible for four cross-functional IT teams from the platform and network area. The work can be done partly in the home office and you support and are responsible for the personal and professional development of the employees. You also take over the strategic personnel planning and ensuring resource management for your area, in coordination with the overall IT control.
